The Publican The Publican is an American restaurant that pays tribute to oysters, pork and beer. The menu features simple farmhouse fare, utilizing hand-selected, sustainably-harvested fish and seafood, as well as sustainably-raised heirloom pork. The restaurant also boasts an extensive international beer list of over 100 ales, lagers, stouts and ciders. The debut of our new 500 Club Dinner Series features lamb from Mo-Mi Farm. Inspired by the coveted seats closest to the kitchen, the 500 Club offers an intimate, 20-seat family-style experience with a front-row view into the rhythm and craftsmanship of our team.
