First up: The Smoked Pulled Pork Sandwich.
When Chef came to McWethy’s Sports Bar, smoked pulled pork was one of the first things he wanted on the menu.
With strawberry season arriving, he teamed up with our partners at in St. Joseph, Michigan to create the perfect pairing: a strawberry black pepper barbecue sauce that brings together sweet, smoky, savory, and just a little heat.
Soft potato bun. Crispy onion strings. Smoky pulled pork. Sweet heat barbecue sauce.
