💙 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐On a cold and rainy fall day, I began to look for a caterer for a celebration for 12 first cousins in my home. Cousins came from Virginia, Arizona and Minnesota. Being nostalgic, I thought of emulating the Sunday family dinners that our grandparents had many years ago, back in the 1940’s. Lori prepared a traditional, somewhat old fashioned menu. The food was tasty and very well accepted by the guests. Lori was efficient and prompt, a delight to work with. Thanks, Lori for making our special family celebration a huge success.

Lori came in with a calm, wonderful presence, whipped up the most amazing dinner, and left the kitchen spotless. It was beyond our expectations and exactly what we needed to end our girl’s weekend. No where to go, nothing to prepare or clean. To sit and enjoy our lifelong friendships while witnessing Lori’s beautiful art through food. Each dish was delicious and thoughtful. 10/10!!!

I cannot offer enough praise for Lori Terry and Crave Cuisine. Her delicious food was a highlight of the Friends of Door County Libraries Winnie Pooh Looza fundraiser. She is absolutely THE BEST! Great food, reasonably priced, great service during the event. You can't beat CRAVE CUISINE!

Lori organized, planned, and led a cooking class for our girls’ weekend, and she was thorough and communicated well from start to finish. She even met us at our location, so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Her tips and tricks along the way were so helpful, and the meal left us full and happy! It was my sister’s birthday, and Lori even stopped at a local pastry shop to pick up dessert. Everything turned out wonderful, and I’d recommend her to anyone looking for a stress-free, well-run cooking class!

When I tell people there's cheesecake on the Thanksgiving menu, I watch them pause for a second.
Then I tell them it's savory.
Local cheeses, fresh herbs, local eggs — all baked together into something rich and deeply flavored that belongs on a holiday table in a way most starters don't. This is one of my absolute favorites to make, and it's one of the pieces of this menu I'm most excited to share.
It serves 4–6, it makes a stunning first impression, and it's nothing like what people expect. Which is kind of the whole point of this menu.

Something I've been cooking up for you — and I mean that literally.
This Thanksgiving, skip the chaos and let us handle the sides. I'm putting together a pickup menu of the dishes I actually make for the people I love: Savory Cheesecake, Tuscan Trattoria Potatoes and a Cornbread Stuffing with Locally made Italian Sausage that will make you question every other stuffing you've ever had, and a Smoky Mac & Cheese so good my clients have been asking me to make for years. It's Thanksgiving with a Twist!
