The ultimate apéritif has arrived for the holidays!
Introducing our new Savory Foie Gras Macarons: where French tradition meets pure decadence.
We have swapped the usual sweetness for a rich foie gras mousse, blended with smooth butter, a splash of cognac, fleur de sel, and a hint of black pepper.
The shells are a nutty almond and hazelnut combination finished with cracked pepper.
These are the perfect sophisticated bite for your next gathering.
To preserve their texture keep them refrigerated and pull them out right before serving.
The macarons are sold in a box of 6 and are good for 5 days in the fridge.
They are available at the bakery starting today as well as some foie gras, foie gras mousse, and some pâtés imported from France.
