Smoked wings are great. But we’re doing them a little different. We cold smoke them and then, after a salmeura (saltwater) baste to enhance flavor and juiciness, we grill them. You can enjoy them plain w our Santa Maria style dry rub or w one of four outstanding sauces. Goes great w our craft b**rs and football!

Our new steak sandwich is getting some rave reviews. It’s shown here w our parm crusted smash potatoes, which for a slight upcharge gets you potatoes that some have described as “so good I couldn’t stop eating them”. Come and try for yourself!
