Fresh shucked oysters + award winning beer = your Saturday just got coastal.
The Argonaut Oyster Bar is popping up this Saturday at Dovetail Brewery, recognized by the Chicago Tribune Food Awards as “Most Endlessly Satisfying Brewery.”
We’ll be serving the freshest oysters shucked on-site, along with our signature Lobster Rolls, Shrimp Rolls, and the crowd favorite Maryland Blue Crab Salad Roll, all perfectly paired with Dovetail’s expertly crafted European-style brews.

The Argonaut Co. is bringing back our popular “Take & Bake” Seafood Boils for weekend morning pickup or delivery. Our boils are the easiest way to enjoy a coastal feast at home, packed with premium ingredients like Colossal Shrimp, Calamari, Andouille Sausage made here in Chicago, Corn on the Cob, Red Potatoes, and The Argonaut's house-made Boil Sauce.
Each boil is topped with your choice of Maine Lobster or Premium Snow Crab Clusters, or both, all seasoned to perfection and ready for your oven. Baguettes, parsley, and lemon garnishes are included.
No pots. No cleanup. Just heat and savor the flavors of the coast from your own kitchen.
Fresh oysters are also available for preorder, perfect for adding a touch of raw bar luxury to your weekend.
