This is it — our last tasting at the Bistro. 🌴
Before we transform into the nation’s first Puerto Rican supper club right next to the historic Green Mill in Chicago, we wanted to share one final moment with you first.
Tuesday, September 8th at 6:00 PM. Mini jibarito bites, sopa de viandas, pan-seared scallops, stuffed lechón, and limber de coco to close it out.
Only 5 seats left.
After this, we become something completely new — but we couldn’t do it without the people who’ve been here since the beginning.

Chicago, this is big.
We’re proud to officially share that Marina’s Bistro & Rum Bar is evolving into Marina’s Supper Club — the first Puerto Rican supper club in the nation.
What began as a ghost kitchen by Chef Eric Roldan has grown into a beloved Uptown destination, and now into something even greater — a one-of-a-kind dining and cultural experience rooted in Puerto Rican heritage.
Located at 4804 N Broadway, next to the historic Green Mill, Marina’s Supper Club will bring together elevated Puerto Rican cuisine, live music rooted in Puerto Rican rhythms, and a signature rum-forward cocktail program — all within a refined supper club atmosphere.
This next chapter is about more than expansion.
It’s about culture, community, and creating a space that celebrates where we come from.
Opening late summer 2026.
More to come ✨
