We are SO proud to officially be taking over Parlor on Central — and bringing the full Moo Joe’s vibe to life right here on Central Street! 🐮🍦💜💚🧡
Parlor has been such a special part of this community, and we’re honored to carry that torch forward with our own unique brand of funky, colorful, feel-good energy. Same spirit. Same neighborhood love. Just a whole lot more Moo Joe’s.
And today was extra special… my youngest, Birdie, joined me to help put on some of the final touches before we welcome our very first Moo Joe’s Evanston guests. 🧑🎨💫

Big news, friends! 💛🍦
After an incredible journey building Parlor on Central, our family is excited to share that we’ve partnered with the amazing team at Moo Joe’s Ice Cream / Billy Bricks Restaurant Group — who will be carrying Parlor forward into its next chapter.
This December, Parlor will officially become Moo Joe’s on Central — but don’t worry, the heart of the shop isn’t going anywhere. The cozy neighborhood feel, the family-first spirit, and the warmth you’ve shown us will continue on with a team that shares the same values.
We couldn’t imagine handing the keys to anyone else. Moo Joe’s is also a family-owned brand that believes in community, kids, simplicity, and creating spaces that feel like home. And they’re bringing some exciting additions to Evanston:
🚚 A dedicated Moo Joe’s ice cream truck for Evanston & the North Shore
🍦 More flavors + seasonal specials (same Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream!)
