Help us welcome Alec Montgomery back to Stanās, this time as our new Learning & Development Manager! š©šš©
Alecās Stanās story goes all the way back to 2016, when he started as a team member at our Roosevelt location. Since then, heās held multiple leadership roles, helped open several Stanās and Marianoās locations, and served as a District Manager.
A Chicago native and DePaul grad, Alec is passionate about building great leaders, creating memorable guest experiences and, of course, selling a donut or twelve. Outside of Stanās, youāll find him traveling, flying as a private pilot, hitting the gym, practicing yoga and exploring the food scene.
