This month’s drink special is a little ambitious. I mean, we’re clarifying milk here.
But good things come to those who wait, right?
In the end, it tastes like a watermelon Jolly Rancher, so trust us. It’s worth it.
This is the Sun Ra, crafted by our very own 𝕷𝖊𝖆𝖘𝖍 .
Try it at home!
Sun Ra Recipe:
6 oz cold brew
5 oz watermelon juice
1.5 oz blanched mint
0.75 oz lime oleo saccharum
Extra lime juice, to help accelerate curdling
4 oz milk
Add the cold brew, watermelon juice, blanched mint juice, lime oleo saccharum, and extra lime juice to a 16 oz measuring cup.
In a separate 16 oz measuring cup, add the milk.
Slowly pour the cold brew mixture into the center of the milk.
Allow it to curdle until the separation presents as a clear, golden liquid
Pour and enjoy!
