His visionary leadership was instrumental in advising bureau leadership and spearheading the creation of the revolutionary TIGER system—the very technology that laid the foundation for today’s modern GPS.
Throughout his remarkable journey, Stanley was recognized with the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Gold, Silver, and Bronze Medals, and in a testament to his enduring impact, a street now proudly bears his name: Stanley D. Moore Way.
