Yes, we may like to goof around, but when it comes to the music and the musicians we have worked for/with... not so much. If you don't recognize all of these badasses, let's drop some names and tunes they've been involved with: Pink Floyd, Cheap Trick, Guns N Roses, Beach Boys, Def Leppard, Styx, Traveling Wilbuires, "Eye Of The TIger" (Survivor), CSNY, jimi Hendrix, Elvis Costello, James Taylor, Phil Collins, Jackson Browne - you get the picture. www.rocknrollkitchen.com

Most people don't know (and could never imagine) The Rock & Roll Kitchen®️has worked with some of the world's greatest musicians, songwriters and Top 10 Grammy winning hitmakers. Sure, it's a cooking show with a rock & roll band but... who ever said the band couldn't' be badasses? Maybe that's one reason it's been called "the world's most entertaining cooking show?" www.rocknrollkitchen.com

Not many people know Brian Wilson felt the "Good Vibrations" of The Rock & Roll Kitchen® and (it would seem) even defied his soon-to-be-fired therapist to film a pilot episode. He played "Surfer Girl" plus a new original, and noodled around between takes playing some Gershwin tunes too. The featured dish? "Surfer Chicken." DM me for interviews, etc. http://rocknrollkitchen.com

You won't see it on any biography but... Mike Finnigan filmed a pilot of "The Rock & Roll Kitchen" with me years ago in LA. He tore it up singing my original theme song, "Let's Turn Up The Fire" (backed by Tower Of Power Horns, Jim Keltner, Lee Sklar, Scott Page and Kenny Lee Lewis). I remember he also sang a song called "Grits Ain't Groceries" and "Shake, Rattle & Roll" (sort-of "food songs.")
His most memorable quote from the shoot: "Every day above ground is a good day." Thanks for the memories Mike, and rest easy.

Bet you didn’t know Ginger Baker enjoyed cooking a bit? He made English Pancakes with an “al-u-MIN-e-um” pan on a never-aired pilot of “The Rock & Roll Kitchen” in Los Angeles.
He was fun & seemed to have a good time (just like every other musician we've ever worked with). He said during the taping that "It's a Marty Party!" Hah.
Thanks to Ginger for all the great music, one of the all time great rock drummers (and a hot jazz player too).
