To get to Waukegan Road in Morton Grove via public transport, take the Purple Line to Dempster-Skokie station and then transfer to the 97 bus towards Golf Mill Shopping Center. Get off at Waukegan Road and walk a few blocks to your desired location.
If you are driving, take I-94 West towards Milwaukee and exit at Dempster Street. Head east on Dempster Street until you reach Waukegan Road. There is street parking available near the coffee shop and breakfast & brunch restaurant, as well as a parking lot for Dunkin'.
