Since opening in late 2024, PostBoy has welcomed more than 100,000 guests and quickly made a name for itself for good times and great food in Southwest Michigan. Last night was one of those dinners we’ll be thinking about for a long time 🤍
A HUGE thank you to Chef and Chef Nevil for joining us, sharing stories, southern hospitality, and bringing a little bit of Hattiesburg, Mississippi to Chicago. Thank you to the entire Dove’s team for all of their hard work, and of course to Chef for bringing so much heart and magic to the kitchen.
We’re so grateful to everyone who came out and shared the night with us. We hope you loved it as much as we did. And honestly… we still can’t stop thinking about the white chocolate bread pudding and cathead biscuits.

Hi guys, Thomas here talking about a very special dinner happening THIS SUNDAY. Only our 7:30pm seating remains!
Some of my most memorable meals growing up were at Chef restaurants in Hattiesburg, and it’s an honor to now bring him to Chicago for a night that celebrates the food, hospitality, and Southern flavors that inspired me for so many years.

We’re excited to welcome to Dove’s for a special Sunday Supper. Donnie has been friends with Chef Robert for years, and with both him and Chef Thomas tied to Hattiesburg, Mississippi, this dinner came together in the most natural way.
Chef Robert is also a longtime fan of Dove’s, so much so that he took inspiration from our iconic tile floors and brought his own version to his restaurant, . A lifetime of Southern flavor meets Chicago for one night only.
