Celebrating 22 years of Aloha!!! 🥳

In 22 years, you meet a lot of people. You see a lot of regular faces, befriend a lot of strangers.

Tim came by at least once a week and knew every employee by name. Aunty Beth came in every Wednesday like clockwork to talk story. Roxy posted about her leftovers, then became our social media manager and friend. Julie worked at the tea shop nearby and became my best friend 20 years ago.

The restaurant has always been the gateway to community. It’s been an avenue to have conversations we wouldn’t have had otherwise.

We know many of you by your name and your usual order. We enjoy getting to know you, even if just a little. So cheers to 22 years of making friends. We’ve been so grateful to know you and feed you since 2004.🧡🤙🏽

If you’ve come through our doors within the last 8 years or so, you would have likely met Julie. Our front-of-the-house veteran is making big moves and her last shift with us will be tomorrow night. Come on by and share your aloha with Julie!

Our team is tiny & most of the crew have been with us for many, many years. So this is a hard goodbye. Or shall we say, a hui hou. Because when you’re family, we’ll see each other again.

Aloha Julie! Leaving us to live your dreams and make the world a better place, I think that’s a fair deal. Mahalo for all the great years. We’ll miss you! 🧡🧡🧡
