This Hispanic Heritage Month, we’re celebrating the best way we know how—with food.

From September 15 through October 15, join us for a special three-course menu featuring Amaru favorites alongside new dishes created just for the occasion.

Think Malanga Tamal with Smoked Fish Ceviche. Slow-Roasted Pernil with arroz con gandules. Charred Obleas with smoked aged rum ice cream and warm rum caramel. And plenty more in between.

Three courses. $55 per guest. One month to celebrate the flavors, traditions and cultures that inspire everything we do.

September 15–October 15.

This one hits especially close to home for us at Amaru. 🇨🇴❤️

Chef Rodolfo Cuadros grew up in Cali, Colombia, where much of his family still lives. Cali is still a place he goes home to and a place that will forever be in his heart. Thankfully, Chef Rodolfo’s family is safe, but so many families are facing unimaginable loss and uncertainty right now.

Colombia has always been deeply woven into the food, culture, and spirit of Amaru, and in moments like this, we feel an even greater responsibility to show up for the communities that mean so much to us.

Through Sunday, Amaru will donate $1 from every entrée sold to World Central Kitchen in support of World Central Kitchen’s relief efforts in Colombia.

We’re incredibly grateful to Chef José Andrés and the entire World Central Kitchen team for the extraordinary work they do around the world—mobilizing quickly and bringing meals and support to communities when they need it most.

Join us at Amaru this weekend, or click the below to donate directly to World Central Kitchen.

To our Amaru community: thank you for helping us give back to a place that will always be part of who we are. 🇨🇴❤️
