This month we’ve got Dry-Aged Sirloin Bulgogi 🥩 with enoki mushrooms and steamed rice. Super juicy and packed with flavor.
And yeah... the bar came through too 🥃 Our Aged Rum & Wh***ey Maple Old Fashioned is pretty much fall in a glass.

We’re hosting our next listening session for Rodrigo y Gabriela’s new album, OURHOME, on Wednesday, September 16.
We’ll begin playing the album at 6 PM and play it multiple times throughout the evening, giving you the opportunity to hear the full album before its official release.
The listening session will take place during our regular dinner service. Reservations are recommended. There is no cover, but food and beverage purchase is required.

On September 10, we’ll be listening to Haruomi Hosono’s new album, Yours Sincerely, from beginning to end at Parachute HiFi.
First play: 5:30 PM
Then every hour on the half hour
Last play: 9:30 PM
Each reservation is for 90 minutes, and the album will be played in its entirety at every seating, so you’ll hear the complete record regardless of your reservation time.
Food and beverage purchase is required for all reservations and attendance.

September 3rd, we’re giving Ow ∞, the new album from sylvanesso, an early listen.
We’ll be playing the album in full throughout the night, starting at 6pm, as part of our regular dinner service. We’ll play album multiple times in full, so you don’t have to worry about booking at exactly 6 , you’ll still hear the entire album.
Our full dinner menu will be available all night, so grab a table, order some food, and hear Ow ∞ before its official release.

To get to the American restaurant on N Elston Avenue in Chicago, you can take the Blue Line train to Logan Square station and then walk south on Milwaukee Avenue until you reach Elston Avenue. Alternatively, you can take bus number 56 or 82 to Elston/Milwaukee and walk north on Elston Avenue.
If driving, take the Kennedy Expressway (I-90/94) to the Addison Street exit and head west. Turn left onto Elston Avenue and continue for approximately 1.5 miles. Limited street parking is available in the surrounding area, but there is also a paid parking lot across the street from the restaurant.
