PAGE BREAK - 09/16 from 7-8PM - Bring a book or buy one here, grab a drink, and head to the back room for a quiet reading session. The room opens at 6:30pm to grab a spot and settle in. Doors close at 7pm for an hour of silent reading. Seats are first come, first served.
PUZZLE SWAP SOCIETY - 09/22 from 6-7PM - free jigsaw puzzle swap from puzzle swap society! show up with however many puzzles you’d like and leave with any you like. all puzzles are welcome - in this group, everyone fits!
BOARD GAME SPEED DATING - 09/22 from 7-9PM - For men and women in their 20s and 30s. A gaming concierge walks you through several games over the course of the night. You play classics you love and discover brand new games you’ve never heard of, playing each with a different group of fun singles. Brought to you by Quirk Events!
TENX9 STORYTELLING - 09/30 at 7PM - Tenx9 is a local community gathering in Chicago, where 9 people have up to 10 minutes each to tell a real story from their own lives. Each night has a theme exploring the beauty of the human condition. Space is limited, and admission is not guaranteed. Doors open at 6pm. This event is 21+.

At Kibbitznest, we’re all about play. We know that sometimes it can be hard to leave the anxieties of the week behind and just be present. Games are a great way to get off the phone, stop checking your emails, and spend some quality time with the people you love!
Come in this weekend and try a new board game, throw some darts, or even try to catch a fish in our patio kiddie pool? See you soon!

July 1 marks the beginning of the full summer season here at Kibbitznest, which means our limited edition 90s summer specials are rotating off the menu in favor of new cocktails we’ll be serving all summer long. So you only have until the end of this week to try them all! Better get started today, then, if you haven’t. We open at five, see you soon.
