Lilah's Sports Bar & Grill is located in Dolton, Il is seeking a highly skilled and experienced short order chef to join our team. As the short order chef, you will be the driving force and play a key role in operations of both our kitchen and bar.
Your responsibilities include: overseeing all aspects of food preparation and curating a creative culinary collection.
Duties-
-Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, creative menu planning, and inventory management
- Curate new and innovative menu concepts to stay competitive in the industry
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all food safety regulations
- Maintain a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and respect.
Qualifications
- A strong background in the food industry, preferably with experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality
- Proven culinary and the ability to prepare a wide variety of dishes.
- Experience in menu planning and kitchen operations.
- A passion for food and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
- Familiarity with dietary restrictions and the ability to accommodate special requests.
