FIGS doesn't do small. Neither do we.
We rolled a fully wrapped FIGS truck and mobile bar cart up to Northwestern Memorial Hospital and fed the people who actually save lives — 4,000 fresh mini donuts and 4,000 coffees, iced coffees and hot cocoa. Free. In one day. The line never stopped.
What turnkey actually looked like:
→ Truck and bar cart wrapped in-house
→ Branded hot cups sourced, every cold cup branded, stickers on everything
→ All food & beverage produced in-house
→ Brand ambassadors hired, trained and managed by us
→ Executed end-to-end for FIGS and their agency partner
Donuts fresh-fried by our sister company, Beavers Donuts.

TURNKEY MEANS MORE THAN PUTTING A LOGO ON A TRUCK.
For Wild Fork, the goal was bigger than a one-day activation.
They needed a mobile sampling program that could move between store locations and Chicagoland communities, serve their actual grocery products at scale, stay fully compliant, and remain flexible enough to run on and off for two quarters.
That’s where we came in.
Midwest Food Trucks provided the vehicle, mobile foodservice infrastructure, licensing, permitting support, operational planning, cold-storage logistics and on-site ex*****on needed to bring the program to life.
Rather than committing the vehicle to a permanent wrap, we developed a reusable branded banner system that allowed the truck to quickly transform for Wild Fork activations, then return to our fleet between campaign dates — giving the client the branding they needed without the cost and inflexibility of a long-term wrap.
We also helped get the activation into full compliance for product sampling, allowing Wild Fork to take its grocery products outside the store and directly into the communities it wanted to reach.
The result was a turnkey mobile sampling platform that could be deployed repeatedly over two quarters — at Wild Fork stores, special events and throughout Chicagoland.
