A bottle or two won’t hurt! Swing by Entente for some wine 10AM-4PM.
Entente Chicago, an American restaurant located in the lively Chicago neighborhood of River North, was a Michelin Star collaboration of talent led by Chef Brian Fisher and Ty Fujimura, owner of Fujimura Hospitality. With a monochrome detailed interior softened with greenery and live plant walls, Entente provided a welcoming atmosphere for diners. The shiny open kitchen and soft rap playlist curated by Chef Brian Fisher set the stage for an enjoyable dining experience. Beverage directors Beau Kelly Fontano and Patrick Hymer headed the bar, offering an extensive selection of wine, spirits, and cocktail creations to complement the dinner menu. Under the guidance of Chef Fisher, Entente offered both a la carte and tasting menus that showcased seasonal game, seafood, meat, and vegetables. These menus combined global flavors and techniques with contemporary American cuisine. In July 2020, Executive Pastry Chef Jared Bacheller joined the team at Entente, adding a variety of delectable desserts to their offerings. Unfortunately, Entente has been permanently closed.
