After a long journey of serving Authentic Himalayan Nepali, Indian delicious food around Chicago areas we are compelled to cease the business for good We are unable to continue to walk along the path . We have numerous loyal customers who helped lot from the beginning. Mr Jim Mc Donald a pioneer of this restaurant, often loved Nepali herbal tea as well as Jhaneyko Dal , Hims bread , momo were his favorite ones . Unfortunately he passed away few months ago for whom we missed a lot. He had huge contributions by bringing his friends families and neighbors continuously. His friend Sid is more helpful and we have become as a whole family. Besides we had Mark Smith, Delia , Liam , Mark , Buila, Debra , Nikki , Tod , Richard , Tom Kirk, Thomas , Joanne , Ron ( Evanston ) , Helen ( Skokie) who supported all the time by ordering their meals. In addition there were huge customers from different communities, organizations, ( Chicago vegan groups who gave big hand during Covid to pump the business for which I appreciate . We are so sorry to discontinue and to disconnect with you. Hope the new business at the same location will serve more delicious and same taste of buds so that no customers will ever feel that Himshikar was prevailed over there at any time. Thank you all!!

Chicago meet up ( Vegan Group) dined in on 20th September. Every year they come by in our authentic Neplses restaurant with variety dishes to enjoy . Jeff is great person to carry on this group in different events and activities. I am proud to be in contact with him and his team for supporting our business .
