Yolk is a breakfast and brunch restaurant, coffee shop, and American restaurant located on N State Street. The restaurant offers innovative dishes, premium coffee from local roasters, and fantastic service. Their menu features lunch options such as the Avalon Sunset Sandwich with grilled chicken breast, bacon, tomato, Swiss cheese, smashed avocado on grilled sourdough. The Hey Ricky! Omelette is also available at Yolk which includes smashed avocado, chorizo, onion, jalapeno pepper jack and cheddar topped with sour cream and a side of salsa. Yolk has multiple locations including South Loop (the OG) and West Palm Beach.
