Oversees and manages all staff, delegating tasks and positions
Confirms that all corporate compliance standards are followed at all times
Verifies that all orders are prepared with 100% accuracy
Prepares all products and ensures proper levels of preparation are maintained
Hires and trains any necessary staff members
Handles necessary daily paperwork
Handles and resolves any customer issues and complaints
Handles any emergency situations (weather, robbery, injuries, etc.)
Audits the store regularly to "hospital clean" standards
Qualifications
Able to work up to 50 hours a week
Positive enthusiastic attitude; Exceptional communication skills
High school degree or GED preferred
2+ years of management experience
Capable basic math skills
Able to use Microsoft excel and word
Able to lift up to 60 lbs
Food safety certified manager preferred
