With 25 years of experience working in various family and commercial kitchens across Italy and Spain, he has mastered the art of Italian and Spanish cuisine, infusing his dishes with both tradition and creativity.
Now serving as a personal chef and caterer, Chef Valentino offers curated custom menus for private dinner parties held in unique locations throughout Chicago, Saugatuck, MI, and Watseka, IL.
