P.S. Costa Rica SL-28 White Honey is officially sold out. Next on the hot mic is Wilton Benitez Thermal Shock Red Bourbon, possibly one of the best coffees we’ve ever tasted. It’s available now on our website, and we’ll be taking it to the streets soon to see what Chicago thinks. Don’t miss this one.

We walked into the Taylor Street Festa carrying a giant bottle of brown liquid and asked strangers to drink it. To be fair, it was our Costa Rica SL-28 White Honey.
Shoutout to the Carando crew for being the first to take the risk, meatballs in hand, and to all our regulars who spotted us on the street and joined the video. We love you.
Now help us find Succulent Man. Nobody has ever said “succulent” with that much truth in his body. We want to invite him to one of our classes at the roastery. If you know him, tag him. If you don’t, send this video until it finds him.
Grazie, Little Italy! 💚☕️❤️

P.S. We can’t believe we’re saying this, but stay tuned for Part Three! Little Italy, you gave us too much love to fit into two videos.

As we opened the doors on Taylor Street for the very first time, we asked our staff to place their bets on what our first customer would order. Come relive those opening minutes with us and see whether anyone got it right.
Grazie, Little Italy! 💚☕️❤️

Coffee Break is taking a Tea Break!
Episode 3 is out now, we had the pleasure of sitting down with Annie Xiang, founder of Volition Tea for a fascinating conversation about the Chinese origins of Mo Cha, the powdered tea tradition that traveled to Japan and developed into the matcha most people know today.
Annie shares the story of the Chinese producers reclaiming a craft that disappeared from the country for centuries, why origin and full traceability matter, and how a cup of tea can carry a history most of us were never taught.
Tune in as we connect with professionals across the coffee world. Streaming now on YouTube and Spotify.
