Clarke’s on Belmont is trying to re-negotiate a new lease. If we do not we are looking at several locations in Lincoln Park, Lakeview and Wrigleyville. We had problems with the landlord who was negligent with the building and had severe building violations which were a safety concern. He was basically a slum landlord who caused negligent damage to the building along with the franchisee. We apologize and are looking for a new location.
