Mr. Brown's Lounge, a popular bar and Jamaican restaurant located in West Town at 2301 W Chicago, offered an authentic experience of Jamaican dishes, culture, and nightlife. The establishment quickly gained popularity among Chicagoans who were eager to indulge in the flavors of jerk chicken, rice and peas, fried plantains, and Jamaican style cabbage – all recipes that had been passed down through generations. In addition to traditional fare, Mr. Brown's Lounge also incorporated Jamaican flavors into American favorites such as their jerk Caesar salad and jerk burger. The dining atmosphere was inviting and relaxed, with reggae beats providing a fitting backdrop to the delicious food. Unfortunately, Mr. Brown's Lounge has since closed its doors permanently.

Turn left onto W Chicago Avenue, where you will find parking options along the street or in nearby parking lots/garages.
