To reach Touhy Avenue in Skokie, you can take the Yellow Line of the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) train to the Oakton-Skokie station. From there, you can walk or take a bus to Touhy Avenue.

If you are driving, Touhy Avenue is easily accessible from the Edens Expressway (I-94) or via local roads. There is a public parking lot near the intersection of Touhy Avenue and Lincoln Avenue, as well as street parking in the area.

Once you have reached Touhy Avenue, look for the ice cream shop located on the north side of the street. The ice cream parlor is on the south side, further down towards Lincoln Avenue.
