**SEPTEMBER 30, 2015** Ten years ago, we opened our doors for the first time in Pilsen!🙌🏼Three years prior, we had launched and operated our food truck, completely unaware of what it would take to own and operate an actual restaurant. In hindsight, that might have been for the best; knowing everything we would face could have easily discouraged us.

Over the past decade, we’ve experienced a journey filled with learning, creativity, heartbreak, mistakes, and growth. So much has happened during this time: we experienced the tragic loss of an employee, being diagnosed with cancer, the restaurant being vandalized, and most recently, a fire in the building that forced us to close. Yet through it all, we’ve been uplifted by our INCREDIBLE customers, some of who have become like family. Your unwavering support has meant the world to us, and we want to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude❤️ for being there through the highs and lows.🫂

Of course, it has not all been challenges; we’ve shared countless hilarious and unforgettable moments together. We cherish every moment you’ve shared with us. It is truly a blessing to be able to provide a meal that can make someone smile, remind someone of their family or home, and uplift their mood (hopefully! 😂)

As we look to the future, we don’t know what it holds, but we truly hope to come back and continue serving you all! 🙏🏻We miss you and our amazing staff. Thank you ❤️
