Poets, musicians, storytellers, singers, whatever you make, bring it. There’s something healing about being witnessed while you create, having a room full of people actually listen to what you have to say. Expression is a form of care, and so is showing up for someone else’s.
Come perform or come cheer someone else on.

May is here, and we couldn’t think of a better way to kick off Mental Health Awareness Month than celebrating 8 years of Sip of Hope. 🎉☕
What started in Logan Square has grown into something so much bigger — a second location in Hyde Park, thousands of visits every week, and almost one million cups poured. Every single one of those cups represents a moment someone chose to show up for themselves, and we got to be a small part of that.
To everyone who has walked through our doors, brought a friend, or just needed a quiet place to breathe — thank you. You’re the reason we’re still here, and the reason we’ll keep showing up.
Here’s to 8 years, and to the community that made it all possible. 💙
