Meet Maribel Morales-Lagunas!

Maribel is from Austin and has been part of the Green Tomato Café team for about a month and a half. Her go-to menu items are the BLT and Jerk Chicken Wrap, but what she enjoys most about working at GTC is the people. She says the team is welcoming, supportive, and fun, creating a positive environment that makes coming to work enjoyable.

It was a great night of music, poetry, and creativity, thank you to Lawndale Christian Fitness Center and Young Doctors Club for helping to make it happen.
