At seven years old, Trinisa began cooking and fell in love with all things food-related, and especially pastries. In 2018, Trinisa started Trini’s Tasty Pastries, which currently operates out of The Hatchery Chicago. In 2022, she participated in A4CB’s Neighborhood Entrepreneurship Lab, a business accelerator program. Trinisa caters events all over Chicago and provides pastries to local cafes.

If you're traveling to N. Kedzie in Chicago, there are a few ways to get to the dessert shop and caterer and dessert restaurant in the area. You can take public transportation options such as bus or train by checking for stops near N. Kedzie Avenue.

In no distant time, turn left again onto N Kedzie Ave where Trini’s Tasty Pastries is located.
