This is the easiest summer dessert you will make ๐
Fresh Thyme Market carries Lori Anne Peaches (the only retailer in the Midwest!) which in my opinion are the most flavorful, juiciest sweetest in-season peaches you will find this season.
Grab a peach to make these Mini Peach Cobblers with only 6 ingredients for each skillet:ย
2 tbsp butter
1 Lori Anne peaches
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp saltย
1-2 tbsp pre-made cake mix
Melt 1tbsp butter in a small cast-iron skillet, add sliced peaches, maple syrup, cinnamonย and salt. Grill on 375 for 5-7 minutes untilย peaches are soft.
Add cake batter, mix well and grill for anotherย 10 minutes.
Allow to sit for 5 minutes then remove from the grill, dollop with ice cream and enjoy!โจย
