🌶️Drizzle This: Our Custom Sauces🌶️
It all started with a simple conversation in the dining room with an MLB dietitian. She mentioned how much some players love customizing their own protein based meals. That sparked an idea. We asked around: What are your favorite sauces?
The feedback rolled in, and we crowd-sourced a list of top picks. After rounds of recipe development (and taste testing!), we landed on 12 player-loved sauces that are now available to all our kitchen sites.
Some favorites are the Tangy Chimichurri, Garlic Aioli, Honey BBQ, and Aji Amarillo. It’s a flavorful way to fight food fatigue, boost variety, and add versatility to the basics!

Chef Spotlight!
Meet Ryan Moore, Regional Chef
📣Tell us about yourself, Chef Ryan!:
Being a chef is the only profession that I ever considered seriously. Unfortunately, wanting to be a Dinosaur Trainer as a kid “wasn’t scientifically possible” so instead I turned my focus to being a Professional Chef pretty quickly... which is still pretty cool if you ask me! I have been in the Industry now for 25 years. I started out at the age of 15 working in various local restaurants where I grew up in Peoria AZ. After completing Culinary school I did an internship in France where I lived for a year working under the Guidance of a Chef who owned several Restaurants and a Hotel. Following that I Completed a Corporate Management Training program With Hyatt Hotels and spent several years working my way up in the hotel industry across the US. I eventually found myself living and working in Vancouver, Canada helping to open several restaurant concepts. I finally moved back to Arizona to raise my son around my family and friends where I also transitioned to Contract food service. I Joined KitchFix in 2021 as the Executive Chef of the Texas Rangers Performance Development Center.
🍽️What are you most proud of recently at KitchFix?:
One of the things I enjoy most is when we are able to go all in on Themed Events for the players and staff. Most recently we did a Hoe Down to celebrate the end of Spring Training which included some Glazed Spatchcock Chicken that we branded with the Texas Star. Professionally, I’m fueled by the pursuit of new culinary knowledge and techniques, enthusiastically embracing unfamiliar cuisines and their histories.
✨What is inspiring you in food lately?:
On a personal level, my son, a young aspiring chef, is my greatest inspiration. Sharing my passion with him and witnessing his culinary excitement is immensely rewarding.
