I am only posting part two of my accountability post…because I was behaving like a whiny child who wanted to give up. It just didn’t feel possible today. But Brother Bey is so encouraging and got me to 2 min 30 seconds, and yes he had to sing to make it happen. I don’t know how this angel of a man showed up but I’m grateful for our times together.

Put on the dress or suit. Valet the car. Do the thing. I have waited two years to see Zoie | Operatic Mezzo-Soprano | Chicago perform. What a humbling and honor filled experience to watch Zoie continue to blossom. I only cried twice 🤣🤣🤣🙋🏽♀️🙋🏽♀️🙋🏽♀️ at the beauty and wonder of her voice and talent. When I started in the food world 20 yrs ago I already knew the govt was f’n the food supply so I became hyper vigilant about what my family consumed. Over the years the govt continues to be diabolical with the food supply. Soooo every now and again I’m going to post a simple dimple recipe for you so you can make some of your own foods. They will be easy and quick and convertible no matter who you are and how you eat. I guess this is my expanded form of revolution.
