Al Pastor Burrito: Al pastor pork, baked egg, potatoes, and Pepper Jack cheese in a flour tortilla. Served with salsa verde.

Bacon Jalapeño Cheddar Scone: Bacon, cheddar cheese, and jalapeño for a mild spice.

Blueberry Scone: A house-made scone with fresh blueberries.

Breakfast Sausage Sandwich: Pork sausage, baked egg, and cheddar cheese on a brioche bun. Served with spicy mayo.

Chewy Toffee Cookie: A soft cookie with caramel and toffee bits throughout.

Chocolate Chip Cookie: Our take on a classic, made with semi-sweet chocolate.

The October drop is here! 🚨

Meet El Carmelo Reserve, Oscar Red Honey. From Oscar Osorio Henao’s farm in Sonsón, Colombia, this Castillo goes through 120 hours of whole cherry fermentation. Oscar is still exploring what his farm can do. We’re glad we get to taste the results.

We taste red apple, cherries, honey and chocolate.
