August’s kind of dinner: a little indulgent, a little refreshing. 🍉🍗
Start with the Vodka Chicken Parm Melt, stacked with house-breaded crispy chicken, creamy vodka sauce, mozzarella, basil pesto aioli, and shaved Parm on garlic-Parmesan toasted Texas toast.
Then cool things down with the Watermelon Oasis, made with tequila, watermelon, lemon, arak, and watermelon-infused blanc vermouth.
One very solid late-summer pairing, available this month at Matilda.
