Now, THIS is a breakfast worth stopping for on your way to work. ☀️🐓☕️
Boxcar Betty's, an American and chicken restaurant located on W Madison Street, was once known for being South Carolina’s #1 fried chicken sandwich spot that made its way to Chicago. The restaurant boasted about its all-natural, antibiotic-free chicken and fresh flaky biscuits made from scratch every day. Their sauces were also a hit among customers who couldn't pick just one favorite. Boxcar Betty's social media activity showed that it offered breakfast biscuits starting at 7am and had daily posts about their food items until October 2018. However, it seems that the restaurant has not updated its profile for more than four years and might have closed down.
