Thinking of mom today- made sauce, meatballs, homemade pizza - sausage tomorrow. Kathy’s favorite son-in-law made a special trip out to Mancuso for the Christmas lasagna- needed the ricotta, imported Romano, mozzarella, and stick pepperoni.

Missing my mom and all of her friends coming into the store ❤️😢

Today marks the one year anniversary on the loss of my mom, Kathy. It has been a difficult year for all of us but knowing that she is with her mom and dad brings some comfort. This January 30th was the 42nd anniversary of Roy's death and February 10th would have been Mary's 101st birthday. I thought I'd post some throw-back photos- ones I know my mom would enjoy.
