This month’s Featured Farm is special. In honor of Women’s History Month, we are pleased to celebrate an incredible producer—María Lusleni Palacios Estela, a mom and farmer. Her passion comes from her motivation to support herself, her husband and their two children—but her motivation goes far beyond the farm. Through coffee, María dreams of giving her children an education and greater opportunities for the future. Each plant she tends and every harvest she completes brings that dream one step closer.

The profile of this coffee is a thick, syrupy body with pronounced sweetness—but with the clarity of a washed coffee. The Bourbon and Gesha varieties provide a delicate, yet intense tropical profile of ripe Guava fruits, Yuzu citrus and a unique Tamarind sweetness.
