Revel in all its glory. This is our Pain de Mie, also known as a Pullman Loaf. The name comes from very literal terms. âPainâ is the French word for âbreadâ, and âla mieâ is the soft part of the bread, called the crumb in English.
We love this bread because of its versatile uses. Stellar for sandwiches, french toast, or just on its own with a little salted butter and jam. (Available for wholesale and pick-up)
How do you like your bread? đ
