Revel in all its glory. This is our Pain de Mie, also known as a Pullman Loaf. The name comes from very literal terms. “Pain” is the French word for “bread”, and “la mie” is the soft part of the bread, called the crumb in English.

We love this bread because of its versatile uses. Stellar for sandwiches, french toast, or just on its own with a little salted butter and jam. (Available for wholesale and pick-up)
