To my Honey B’zzz family ❤️

I take a lot of pride in the food that comes out of my kitchen. Some items, like chitterlings, require hours of preparation and cleaning. In fact, I often stay up until the early morning hours making sure they’re cleaned and prepared to the best of my ability before they ever reach a customer’s plate.

I understand that everyone may not always be satisfied, and I welcome respectful feedback. However, if there is ever an issue with your order, please notify us as soon as possible so we can address it promptly.

As a small business, we cannot issue refunds for food purchased days later without a receipt or the opportunity to inspect the product. We are always willing to listen, learn, and work toward a reasonable solution when concerns are brought to our attention in a “timely” manner.

Im literally minding my business and get a google review of a gentleman posting about how the breakfast cook was no longer with us and how we were false advertising pancakes and how you would think the place was bigger and how it was p*e stains under the toilet seat but the koolaid was good 😭🤣 This is exactly why i didn’t want to be on google! & to top it off he said the owner looked sad! 🤣like bro, im on the best run of my life! Ain’t a sad bone in my body! Y’all gotta chill! He took my 5 star rating to 3 stars and initially I was livid but the way yall turned it around for me let’s me know that when I show up its not in vain! Good, bad or indifferent leave me a review! I wanna hear what yall got to say 😭🤦🏾‍♀️😂
