Inspired by autumn, I created this green apple-inspired pastry — a matcha cake with apple compote and yuzu mousse. This pastry contains no artificial coloring; all the colors are inspired by nature. 💚

I’m loving Tuesdays more and more because I know it means we’ll get to see each other again at the Lemont Farmers Market! 🥰
This time, I’ll be bringing you five delicious pastry flavors:
🥭 Mango Passion Fruit – of course, how could I leave this one out! 😉
☕ Coffee – rich and aromatic coffee flavor
🍫🍒 Chocolate Cherry – chocolate and cherries, a perfect classic
🍓 Guava Strawberry – tropical guava with sweet strawberries
🐻🍫 Chocolate Bear with Miso Caramel – a chocolate bear-shaped pastry filled with miso caramel (you could say this Tuesday is going to be a little slice of heaven for chocolate lovers! 😄🍫)

**Travel Directions to 127th Street in Lemont**
**By Car:**
1. Start by getting onto I-55 S from your location.
2. Continue on I-55 S for about 20 miles.
3. Take exit 267B for IL-83 N toward Willow Springs.
4. Merge onto IL-83 N and continue for approximately 5 miles.
5. Turn right onto 127th Street and proceed for about half a mile.
6. Look for parking options along the street or nearby lots.
**Public Transport:**
1. Check the nearest Metra station to your location and take the train on the Heritage Corridor Line towards Chicago Union Station.
2. Disembark at the Lemont station.
3. From there, you can either walk (about a mile) or catch a local bus that heads towards 127th Street.
4. If walking, head east on Main Street, then turn left onto 127th Street and continue until you reach your destination.
