Good morning Joliet!
This is a sad day for The Curator's Cafe. We are here to announce that we are going out of business as of tomorrow, December 23.
When we close at 7:00 ish, we will no longer open at our current location, The American Legion Post 1080, 2625 Ingalls Ave, Joliet.
We do encourage you to still come to the American Legion in respect of all of our Veterans and for the cheap drink prices.
Thank you to the community for taking time out of your day to have lunch or dinner the past 13 years. I have made a lot of lifetime friends through this journey.

Good morning Joliet!
Besides our regular menu which features great Steak Sandwiches, Burgers, Chicken Sandwiches, Fried Hand breaded Shrimp, and Hand Breaded Cod, we have a Parmesan Chicken Sandwich on Special today.
All of our soups and Chili is made in house with my own personal recipes.
We OPEN at 11:00!

We still have a little Meaty Chicken and Sausage Gumbo and SOS (S**t on a Shingle) left for the end of week Special.
We also have our 3 Naked Jumbo Wings back.

Good Morning Joliet!
The Curator's Cafe will be closing at 5:00 pm today due to an offsite catering event. We are sorry for the inconvenience. You can come and visit me at The Rialto tonight for the Jingle Mingle Event.
Up until then you can still get some of our KICK ASS Meaty Chicken and Sausage Gumbo and anything else on our menu.
It's the Christmas Season and things are so busy right now. We still want to see you though.

Hello Joliet!
It's once again Gumbo Day. I am just doing quality control as I write this. Today's Gumbo is a Meaty Chicken and Sausage Gumbo! It KICKS!
WE also have the infamous S O S on special. Who knows what SOS is?
Our soup once again is Downhome Turkey Noodle!
WE are OPEN!
We are pretty well decorated for the Christmas Season!
