Help us welcome Alec Montgomery back to Stan’s, this time as our new Learning & Development Manager! 🍩😎🍩
Alec’s Stan’s story goes all the way back to 2016, when he started as a team member at our Roosevelt location. Since then, he’s held multiple leadership roles, helped open several Stan’s and Mariano’s locations, and served as a District Manager.
A Chicago native and DePaul grad, Alec is passionate about building great leaders, creating memorable guest experiences and, of course, selling a donut or twelve. Outside of Stan’s, you’ll find him traveling, flying as a private pilot, hitting the gym, practicing yoga and exploring the food scene.
We’re so excited to have you back, Alec. Welcome home! 🍩
