Daisies Chicago is a must-visit Italian restaurant and bar located on Milwaukee Avenue. The restaurant's focus on house-made pastas utilizing vegetables from Chef Joe Frillman makes it stand out from the rest. Daisies Chicago also offers a weekly Market Letter, where subscribers can stay updated on the daily produce received from their farmer.
The restaurant is not only known for its delicious food but also for its cozy ambiance, making it an ideal place to work remotely while enjoying coffee and pastries. The happy hour at Daisies Chicago is something to look forward to with $5 drafts, $7 cocktails, and 1/2 price BTG Wines. The tinned fishies & snacks are a must-try, especially the Cool Ranch Gnoccho Fritto’s which are considered the best bite of 2023 by many.
Daisies Chicago also hosts special events like Carlo Lamagna's one-night-only cooking event that was held on June 20th. The restaurant was open on Memorial Day for pastries and coffee, making it a perfect spot to celebrate the holiday.
Overall, Daisies Chicago is an excellent Italian restaurant and bar that offers delicious food, great ambiance, and exciting events. It's definitely worth checking out if you're in the area!
