HEY CHI TOWN

The Cubs aren’t just part of the city’s story they’re part of Chef Joe Frillman’s. His dad took him to his very first Cubs game, where he learned that baseball was about more than what happened on the field. It was about showing up, sharing traditions, and building community.

That same spirit is at the heart of Daisies. What started as an independent neighborhood restaurant has grown because Chicago showed up, and every bowl of handmade pasta is a reflection of that support.

Now, James Beard semifinalist, chef, and co-owner Joe is bringing those worlds together with a concept inspired by coastal Italian drinking traditions, Midwestern ingredients, and genuine hospitality.
