Veg Jalfrezi isn’t just a curry. It’s a technique.

The word “Jalfrezi” comes from “jal” (spicy) and “frezi” (stir-fry), and the dish is known for being cooked quickly on high heat. That’s what gives it its signature texture where every vegetable stays vibrant, crisp, and full of flavor.

Originally popularized during the colonial era, it remains one of the earliest Indo-fusion dishes that perfectly balances spice, texture, and freshness.

A dish that’s fast, fiery, and full of character.

“Bhuna” isn’t a spice. It’s a process.

It’s when onions, ginger, garlic, and spices are cooked down slowly…
patiently…
until the masala thickens, intensifies, and the oil begins to separate.

That’s where the flavour changes.
From basic → bold.

Our Bhuna Chicken isn’t rushed.
It’s reduced, concentrated, and built layer by layer for that deep, clingy gravy that actually sticks to every bite.

Three ingredients. One bold outcome.

Ginger brings the heat.
Onions build the body.
Garam masala ties it all together with depth and warmth.

Lamb Khadai isn’t complicated. It’s precise. Every element has a role, and when it hits the pan, that’s where the punch comes out.

Four dishes. Four distinct personalities.

Achari Murg Tikka is the bold rule-breaker. Smoky, tangy, unapologetic.
Biryani is the spicy multitasker. Layered, aromatic, always doing the most.
Bhuna Chicken is the intense traditionalist. Deep flavours, no shortcuts.
Lamb Kali Mirch is the quiet power player. Peppery, rich, slow-burn confidence.

Different energies. Same table.

So tell us, which one are you ordering first?
