Back in the late 1600s, a flavor scientist by the name of Dr. Phil Margarita posed an important question: what if booze was spicy? The end result of this inquiry, naturally, was a concoction of jalapeño tequila, lime juice, sugar, habanero bitters, and a tajin rimmed glass. Ok, I made some of that up. But the cocktail of the month here at Cleo’s *is* the spicy margarita. Only $9! Also this guy’s name is not Dr. Phil, it’s Jose.
