Coffee has always been about community. For us, it’s also about where we come from.
Kribi is Black-owned and Cameroon-rooted. On Juneteenth we honor freedom, the people who fought for it, and the lineage we carry in every cup.

The ultimate St. Paddy’s Day indulgence. ☘️☕️
Since we air roast every batch at The Krib, you get a naturally smooth cup that doesn't clash with the cream. It’s a bold, velvety match made in heaven that feels more like a dessert than a drink.
Whether you're adding the whiskey or just doubling up on the whipped cream, we hope your day is as smooth as your coffee. Happy St. Patrick’s Day!

If you’re making Irish Coffee this weekend, start with good beans. 🍀
We love using our air-roasted coffee for it because it keeps everything smooth, clean, and well balanced.
Golden rule: don’t stir. The hot coffee and cool whipped cream together is the whole experience. ☕️✨
Grab a bag at The Krib or order online for St. Paddy’s Day weekend.

Most coffee you drink is drum roasted. It involves beans tumbling inside a hot metal drum, which can lead to char and inconsistent flavors.
At The Krib, we do things differently. We air roast our beans by suspending them on a bed of hot air, roasting them evenly from every angle in under ten minutes. Because the beans never touch hot metal, you get a cleaner cup without those bitter, burnt flavors. It is the bean exactly how it is supposed to taste: bold flavor with a smooth finish.
Once tasted, never forgotten.

What people say
Kribi Coffee Air Roastery is a coffee shop that stands out from the rest. Their mission to raise the standard of sustainable coffee roasting is evident in their unique approach to roasting coffee beans using electricity instead of gas. This patented electric roasting process takes less than ten minutes, ensuring that each bag of coffee is roasted on demand when it is ordered, and the dates on the front of their bags reflect this commitment to freshness.
One of the standout features of Kribi Coffee Air Roastery's air roasting technique is that it removes the "chaff" before it burns up, unlike traditional drum roasters. This means that there is no torched chaff, resulting in a smooth and non-bitter taste.
In addition to their innovative approach to roasting coffee, Kribi Coffee Air Roastery also prides itself on being kid-friendly. So whether you're stopping by for a quick cup of coffee or looking for a cozy spot to work or catch up with friends, Kribi Coffee Air Roastery has got you covered.
Located on Madison Street in Forest Park, Kribi Coffee Air Roastery offers an exceptional coffee experience that's always fresh and never bitter. So why settle for stale old coffee when you can try something new and exciting at Kribi Coffee Air Roastery?
